These 2-Ingredient Pizza Chips are a fun and easy snack that’s perfect for parties or a quick appetizer! They’re made with just mozzarella cheese and pepperoni and bake to crispy perfection in minutes.

  • ⅔ cup (80g) low-moisture shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 48 slices (21g) mini pepperoni

 

  • Italian seasoning (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat and Prepare: Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C). Grease 16 cups of a mini muffin pan.
  • Assemble the Chips: Spoon 2 teaspoons of mozzarella cheese into each greased muffin cup. Lightly press the cheese down into the cups, then top with three slices of mini pepperoni on each.
  • Add a Flavor Twist (Optional): Sprinkle a little Italian seasoning over each cup for an extra layer of pizza flavor.
  • Bake: Bake for about 8 minutes, or until the edges of the cheese are melted and golden brown.
