The flatbreads are par-baked, then topped with classic buffalo flavors: a layer of buffalo wing sauce, diced cooked chicken, and shredded mozzarella cheese. The flatbread is finished with a drizzle of blue cheese dressing and then baked until the edges are golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly. It’s garnished with fresh sliced green onions before serving.

Ingredients

  • 2 large flatbreads (14.5 ounces total or equivalent)
  • 2 teaspoons light olive oil
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce, plus more if desired
  • 1 1/2 cup diced cooked chicken
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/3 cup blue cheese dressing
  • 1/3 cup sliced green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. Place the flatbreads on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and brush the edges lightly with olive oil.
