Indulge in a creamy, chocolatey dream with this easy Cadbury Flake Mousse Tart recipe. Perfect for any occasion, this no-bake dessert is a guaranteed crowd-pleaser!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 packet Oreos or tennis biscuits (about 200g)
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 cups fresh cream (heavy whipping cream)
  • 1 can (397g) condensed milk

  • 1 packet Cadbury Flake chocolate (divided, ½ cup grated or finely chopped and the rest crumbled for garnish)

Instructions

  • Make the Biscuit Base:

    • Crush the Oreos or tennis biscuits in a food processor until fine crumbs form. If you don’t have a food processor, place the biscuits in a sealed bag and crush them with a rolling pin.
    • Combine the biscuit crumbs with the melted butter and mix until well combined.
    • Press the mixture firmly and evenly into your tart pan or pie dish.
    • Refrigerate the base for 15-20 minutes to firm up while you prepare the mousse filling.
  • Prepare the Chocolate Mousse:

    • In a large bowl, whip the fresh cream using a whisk or electric mixer until soft peaks form.
    • Gradually add the condensed milk while continuing to beat. Mix until the mixture is light, fluffy, and holds its shape.
    • Gently fold in ½ cup of the grated or finely chopped Cadbury Flake. Be careful not to overmix, as this can deflate the mousse.
  • Assemble the Tart:

    • Remove the biscuit base from the refrigerator.
    • Pour the chocolate mousse filling over the base and spread it evenly with a spatula.
    • Sprinkle the remaining crumbled Cadbury Flake generously over the top of the mousse.

  • Chill & Serve:

    • Refrigerate the tart for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the mousse to set completely.
    • Once set, slice and serve your Cadbury Flake Mousse Tart. This dessert is best enjoyed chilled!
