Ingredients
Scale
2 tablespoons avocado oil
1 ½ pounds ground beef
1 yellow onion, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 package (12 sliders) dinner rolls
1 block (8 ounces) cheddar cheese, shredded
¼ dill pickle, thinly sliced (optional)
2 tablespoons butter, melted (for brushing)
Instructions
Preheat and Prep: Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cook the Beef: Heat the avocado oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned on all sides, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks.
Sauté the Onion: Add the sliced onion to the skillet and sauté until tender.
Make the Sauce: Add the Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
Assemble the Sliders: Place the dinner rolls on the lined baking sheet and slice them in half lengthwise. Spread the beef mixture evenly over the bottom half of the rolls, top with shredded cheddar cheese and sliced pickles (if using), and cover with the top half of the rolls.
Bake: Brush the tops of the sliders with melted butter and bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve: Remove from the oven, slice into individual sliders, and serve warm.
