Ingredients

  • Cooked chicken breast, sliced or shredded
  • Ripe avocado, sliced
  • Flour tortillas
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Diced tomatoes
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • Ranch dressing or your favorite dressing

 

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Prepare Ingredients:

  1. Cook and slice or shred the chicken breast.
  2. Slice the avocado and remove the pit.
  3. Dice the tomatoes.
  4. Shred the lettuce, if needed.

Warm Tortillas:

  1. Place the flour tortillas on a microwave-safe plate and microwave them for about 10-15 seconds to warm them up. This will make them more pliable and easier to roll.

Assemble Wraps:

  1. Lay the warm tortillas flat on a clean surface.
  2. Add a layer of shredded lettuce on each tortilla, leaving some space at the edges.
  3. Place the cooked chicken slices or shredded chicken on top of the lettuce.
  4. Arrange the avocado slices on top of the chicken.
  5. Sprinkle diced tomatoes and shredded cheddar cheese over the avocado.

Season and Dress:
