1. Preheat Oven and Prepare Pan:

- In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and granulated sugar.
- Beat with an electric mixer (handheld or stand mixer) until smooth and creamy.
- Add the room temperature egg and vanilla extract. Beat again until well combined and smooth, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed.
4. Assemble the Pizza:
- Spread the prepared cream cheese mixture evenly over the unbaked cookie dough crust, leaving a small border around the edge if desired.
