¾ cup granulated sugar

3–4 drops green food coloring
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder

1 cup mint chocolate chips
1 ½ cups Lucky Charms marshmallows
Instructions
Preheat and Prep: Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
Cream Butter and Sugar: In a large bowl, cream together the butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
Add Wet Ingredients: Beat in the egg and mint extract. Add the green food coloring, a few drops at a time, until you reach your desired shade of green.
Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cream of tartar, and salt.
Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Add Mix-Ins: Gently fold in the mint chocolate chips and Lucky Charms marshmallows until evenly distributed.
Shape and Bake: Roll the cookie dough into small balls (about 1-inch in diameter) and place them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Bake for 10 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden brown.
Cool: Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
