This Million Dollar Ravioli Lasagna is a creamy, cheesy dream! It’s easy to make, packed with flavor, and perfect for a comforting and satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (25 oz) package cheese ravioli (refrigerated or frozen)
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped, plus extra for garnish
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Optional: ½ cup cooked ground beef or Italian sausage

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven and Cook Ravioli: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). If using frozen ravioli, cook according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • Make Ricotta Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  • Layer the Lasagna: Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce in the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish. Layer half of the ravioli, ricotta mixture, marinara sauce, and mozzarella cheese. Repeat the layers.
  • Bake: Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  • Cool and Serve: Let the lasagna cool for a few minutes before garnishing with extra parsley and serving.
