  • ⅓ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons softened cream cheese (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon freshly cracked pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Sauté the Garlic:

    • In a large skillet over medium-low heat, melt the butter.
    • Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, or until fragrant.
  • Build the Sauce:

    • Slowly pour in the half and half, stirring constantly.
    • Bring the mixture to a gentle boil.
  • Cook the Pasta:
