  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoon water

Instructions

Prepare the Chicken:

  1. In a medium bowl, toss the chicken pieces with cornstarch, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

Cook the Chicken:

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the chicken pieces to the skillet in a single layer and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
