A refreshing and fruity white wine sangria, perfect for summer gatherings. This recipe features a base of dry white wine, peach-flavored vodka, and lemonade concentrate, sweetened with a bit of sugar. The sangria is filled with fresh, sliced white peaches and halved red and green grapes, then chilled for several hours to allow the fruit flavors to infuse the wine. It’s served over ice with some of the boozy fruit in each glass.

  • 1 (750 milliliter) bottle dry white wine
  • ¾ cup peach flavored vodka
  • 6 tablespoons frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
  • ¼ cup white sugar
  • 1 pound white peaches, pitted and sliced
  • ¾ cup seedless red grapes, halved
  • ¾ cup seedless green grapes, halved

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the white wine, peach vodka, thawed lemonade concentrate, and sugar.
  2. Stir the mixture until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  3. Add the sliced peaches, halved red grapes, and halved green grapes to the pitcher.
  4. Refrigerate the sangria for at least 2 hours, or up to overnight, to allow it to chill thoroughly and the flavors to blend.
  5. Serve the sangria over ice, using a slotted spoon to include some of the sliced peaches and grapes in each serving.
